Supporting dogs at every stage of their journey
Support for your dog’s physical and emotional wellbeing in Ivybridge. PL21 9ES
At Shaping Dogs, I take a whole-dog approach to training, movement and wellbeing.
Whether you have a new puppy, an active adolescent, a senior dog or a dog who needs a little extra support, my aim is to help you understand your dog better and support them in a way that feels kind, practical and achievable.
Puppies
Strong Start Puppies
Small-group puppy classes for puppies up to 6 months.
These classes focus on confidence, connection and everyday life skills rather than simply teaching puppies to sit, stay and perform on cue.
Your puppy will learn how to feel safe, engage with you, explore the world with confidence and develop the skills they need for everyday life.
Adolescents & Adults
Thrive Together
Fun, personalised one-to-one sessions for dogs beyond puppyhood.
Thrive Together combines movement, learning, confidence-building and enrichment activities to help you and your dog enjoy doing more together.
Perfect for owners who want to build their dog’s confidence, teach new skills, support wellbeing or simply enjoy a positive activity with their dog.
Senior Dogs
Active Ageing
Targeted one-to-one support for older dogs.
Active Ageing sessions are designed to help senior dogs stay comfortable, confident and engaged as they grow older.
Together, we can look at movement, confidence, enrichment, home adaptations and practical ways to support your dog’s quality of life.
Looking for something more specialised?
Canine Conditioning and Movement & Posture Assessments are available under Advanced Support.
“The service Tracey provides, and the help she has given Cooper over time has given him a much better quality of life as he starts his double figure life. Highly recommend is still so short of the way I actually feel knowing I have my best friend back wanting to do things with me again, and I’m forever thankful that somebody actually cares about my dog instead of fobbing me off”
